Description :
3+ years of experience in Mainframe Operations; MVS; Z/OS; TSO; JES2; CICS; SDSF; JCL. Providing second level support for system and customers batch processing. Able to handle multiple clients with different tools. Direct experience with at least one of mainframe scheduling package like OPC, JOBTRAC, ZEKE, CA 7, Control-M. Customer service; Problem management; ticket tracking systems. System and online monitoring, batch ABEND & recovery and system restarts. Performing weekly IPLs of Mainframe systems. Console Operations.
