Description :
Defining Accounts policies and procedures. Creating and maintaining process documentation. Preparing monthly MIS and expense projections. Reporting & analysis of monthly Profit & Loss account / Invoicing etc. Checking of Bank reconciliations, Voucher postings & GL in Tally. Handling statutory audit and internal audit. Work on Service Tax, TDS, Income Tax, ROC related matters, tax compliance etc. Preparation of monthly rolling budget statement after collating information from other departments. Preparation of forecast cash flow & balance sheet and variance analysis of actual reported figures with budgeted figures. Audit of Accounts data maintained in Tally.
